Construction Project Specialist - COLO — Crusoe

What they’re looking for

2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction, engineering, critical facilities, facilities operations, or a related technical environment
A solid foundation in commercial construction with some technical exposure, OR strong technical experience with exposure to construction/project delivery
Familiarity with core construction processes including scheduling, procurement, and documentation
Comfortable reading construction drawings and interpreting specifications
Experience working with or alongside general contractors, trade partners, vendors, or technical service providers
Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure environments
Experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems, whether gained through construction,
engineering, facilities operations, or another technical environment
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or
equivalent relevant technical/construction experience
Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a valid passport for international project travel
