Division 01 · Infrastructure Workforce
Qualified infrastructure workers, on site and accountable.
Infrastructure contractors are winning more work than they can staff. Our workforce division puts credentialed, W-2 field professionals on your site — one technician or a traveling crew of two hundred — matched on verified skills, current credentials, location and availability rather than job titles.
You get labor capacity without building a recruiting department, and every worker arrives with a deployment packet, verified credentials and a supervisor who answers the phone.

How fast can you put workers on site?
For roles we hold in the local bench, typically 3–5 business days including onboarding and customer badging. Emergency requests for available technicians can mobilize within 24–72 hours. Large ramps (50+) are planned against a weekly fill schedule we share in the portal.
Are your workers employees or subcontractors?
Field professionals are Super InfraWorks W-2 employees. We carry workers’ compensation, general liability and payroll obligations, and we manage credentials, safety training and conduct. Specialty subcontractors are only used where agreed in the SOW and are held to the same compliance standards.
Can we specify certifications, experience and background requirements?
Yes. Every request captures required certifications, minimum years of experience, schedule, travel and your background or drug-screen requirements. Workers who do not hold a current credential are never proposed — expired credentials automatically block deployment.
What happens if a worker isn’t a fit?
Tell your account lead or flag it in the portal. We replace the worker, typically within 48 hours, and you are not billed for hours you dispute in good faith.
