What response times can you guarantee?
Response targets are set per tier and per site in your service agreement. Critical-tier sites in a hub metro typically carry 2-hour on-site response for critical priority; remote sites are scoped individually based on response-team staging.
Can you maintain infrastructure you didn’t install?
Yes. We begin every agreement with a baseline audit — assets, labeling, documentation gaps — so we can support existing infrastructure regardless of who installed it.
How is SLA compliance reported?
Every work order records dispatch, arrival and resolution times. SLA compliance is reported monthly by site and tier, and visible live in the customer portal.
Do dedicated staff count against our headcount?
No. Dedicated technicians remain Super InfraWorks employees. We handle payroll, training, credentials, coverage for PTO and surge support from the regional hub.
