Protocol & Networking Proficiency: Deep hands-on familiarity with configuring and troubleshooting control protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT, integrating diverse field devices into unified platforms.
Industrial Systems Literacy: Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, PLC/DDC logic, and industrial automation equipment operations.
Project & Field Leadership: Demonstrated ability to translate engineering designs into physical installations, driving deployment timelines, and navigating a fast paced construction environment.
On-Site Problem Solving: A track record of solving complex automation challenges, quickly diagnosing integration issues, and ensuring systems operate exactly as designed.
Mandatory Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
