- Experience & Leadership: Approximately 5-7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement, preferably for Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud, or Hardware supply chains.
- Operational Track Record: Proven track record of managing global supply chains, complex supplier relationships, ensuring vendor compliance, and implementing process improvements at scale.
- Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical Prowess: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Strategic Supply Management: Proven experience working with global manufacturers and suppliers, owning contract negotiation, supplier qualification, documentation, and performance management.
