- Education & Experience: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a minimum of 6+ years in industrial electrical engineering.
- Standards & Compliance: Expert working knowledge of NEC application to industrial installations.
- Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with both engineers and operations personnel.
- Travel: Ability to travel approximately 20% to project sites.
- Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of generator physics and operations. Proficiency in Protection & Control coordination studies and fault analysis. Knowledge of the IEC 61850 standard.
