What they’re looking for
- You've managed hyperscale, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects.
- You know CSA and MEP construction phases, procurement workflows, and cost controls deeply.
- You build and drive integrated schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- You enforce safety hard and hold subcontractors to it.
- You coordinate across Design, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations and keep handoffs clean.
- You'll travel 80-100% to active sites. This role runs from the field, not from a desk.
- Bonus: Construction management qualification. Liquid cooling or high-density power builds. Multi-site international delivery.
