What they’re looking for
- You've operated or led critical-facilities operations in a live data center, owning the physical infrastructure that keeps a site running.
- You know the critical-infrastructure stack (power and cooling) well enough to be the on-site authority and handle escalations.
- You run change management for high-risk work and hold partners to a real maintenance standard.
- You're a calm, capable first responder when something fails at 3am.
- You audit, document, and improve, leaving the site's operating posture stronger than you found it.
- Bonus: Hyperscale or colocation operations. Uptime Institute or NFPA familiarity. Critical environment and MOP/EOP experience. Vendor and colo management.
