- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CHE, EE, ISE, ME), Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Expert knowledge of OSHA (29 CFR 1910 and 1926), NFPA, ANSI, ISO, IEC, UL, and EPA codes, standards, and regulations.
- Experience with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments.
- Professional certifications (CSP, ASP, CIH, or equivalent) or demonstrated ability to obtain.
- Advanced degree in engineering or safety
- 10+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment involving fabrication, heavy assembly, or automation equipment.
- Experience with startup or greenfield sites.
