- 10+ years of Program Management experience within a technical or infrastructure-focused organization.
- Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans; specifically in building and managing multi-program portfolios and dependency-linked schedules.
- Exceptional Communication & EQ: Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and translate technical complexity for business audiences.
- Deep experience in Organizational Change Management: Ability to drive process adoption and maintain program health during rapid scaling and pivots.
- Technical Fluency: A strong foundational understanding of data center deployments and the critical path items required for infrastructure rollouts.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, "multi-vendor" builds where you were accountable for the entire program lifecycle.
