What they’re looking for
- Experience: 1–3 years in technical operations, deployment coordination, or an infrastructure-adjacent role. We value a "builder" mindset and a desire to learn the "how" behind the physical layer of AI.
- Smartsheet & Tooling Proficiency: You should be highly comfortable navigating and building within Smartsheet. This includes a working knowledge of formulas, automated workflows, and the ability to create clean, data-driven dashboards. You aren’t just a user; you understand how to structure a sheet to capture reality.
- Operational Fundamentals: A fundamental understanding of how complex physical projects move from "planned" to "live." Exposure to data centers, network infrastructure, or mission-critical builds is a major plus.
- Technical Curiosity: You should be obsessed with how systems work. Whether it's an automation in Smartsheet or a specific deployment workflow, you want to understand the logic and find ways to make it more efficient.
- Communication Style: A collaborative approach. You prioritize clear, concise documentation and partnership-oriented communication to build trust across the organization.
- Educational Foundation: A degree in a technical or operations-focused field, or equivalent experience that demonstrates your ability to handle complex data and fast-moving timelines.
