- 5+ years of experience in data center site selection, real estate acquisition, infrastructure development, or related commercial real estate, ideally supporting hyperscale, cloud, or AI infrastructure customers.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent, high-value real estate transactions from intake through close, with strong attention to accuracy and follow-through.
- Working knowledge of power/utility infrastructure, fiber/carrier availability, zoning and permitting, and regional tax incentive structures.
