What they’re looking for
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of shipping, logistics, warehousing, or materials management experience
- Experience in freight, expedited shipping, or high-volume manufacturing/technology/data center environments
- Experience with international shipping, export regulations, and customs documentation (where applicable)
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation
- Familiarity with shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, MyDHL, or similar) and ERP/WMS systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask/prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Forklift or material handling equipment certification
- Hazmat awareness or relevant certification and knowledge of transport guidelines
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, etc.)
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. unassisted; frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying required
- Must be available for one of the following 12.5-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Work schedule follows a rotating pattern of 4 days on / 3 days off, then 3 days on / 4 days off (and repeating)
