- +3 yrs Project/Program Management and vendor management experience
- Experience managing capital, operational and technical programs
- Experience managing telecommunication infrastructure, Fiber to the Home/Plant (FTTx) operations and/or outside plant (OSP) projects
- Understanding CAD, GIS systems and FTTH records/As-builts
- Demonstrated ability to employ quality troubleshooting skills and creative problem solving abilities under pressure.
