- Trade qualification or Degree Certified
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Capability to execute tasks through effort and collaboration without formal written process.
- Be capable of acquiring NV1 Security Clearance.
- Collaborative mindset but also with the drive to complete assigned tasks autonomously when required.
