Senior Construction Project Manager (data centers)

What they’re looking for

• Typically 10+ years experience in construction project management that includes critical Infrastructure for data center, pharmaceutical, bio-tech or similar environments
• Demonstrated understanding of MEP technology associated with mission critical environments
• This position will be filled in Dallas TX. Must be able to be in the office and/or on job sites a minimum of 3 days each week
• In-depth knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and industry best practice
• Experienced in construction procurement methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction project management and or with equivalent experience
• Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Project or P6, experience developing new data center projects, experience leading an internal cross-functional team
• The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
• United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual
• The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
